Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given

Situated in Osborne Road through Jesmond, the Whites Hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro station that offers the main link to the city centre, Sunderland, South Sheilds, St. James and Whitley Bay area

Our Reception
Open 24 hours. Guests must check in between 12:00 and 23:45, and check out by 11:30. If checking in prior to 1pm, you are welcome to drop baggage at Reception

The hotel has a private car park which is constantly monitored by CCTV
